Delray Beach attacks housing with $200M

Touting it as the largest workforce-and-affordable housing development in Florida, the Delray Beach Housing Authority voted unanimously this morning to proceed with a $200 million, 50-acre development plan in the city’s southwest neighborhood.

Around here we get upset about $7 million from the county to help move the ECUA plant or $40 million to build a community maritime park to revitalize the community.
