DIB: We’re not giving up

The Downtown Improvement Board voted yesterday to continue lobbying the city council for the referendum to expand the Improvement district.

I guess sometimes “No” doesn’t mean “No.” My recommendation is be sure you have all your votes there. At both council meetings councilmen have been absent.

Also DIB needs to go ahead and establish a fund to help poor homeowners  pay the additional tax if they’re in the district.
