Doctors endorse Ford and Ingram

Press Release: The Florida Medical Association announced the endorsement both of the Escambia County State House Candidates, Clay Ford and Clay Ingram.

“It is truly humbling to be endorsed by the Florida Medical Association again this year.” Ford stated. “I will continue to work with them to build a strong relationship between the state government and the medical community, and strive for legislation that will promote access to the health care Floridians deserve.”

“I am honored to have the support of Florida’s medical professionals.” Ingram said. “I have pledged to them that I will work to improve access to quality health care while cutting the bureaucracy that hurts the doctor/patient relationship.”

The FMA diligently works to elect pro-medicine candidates to state and national offices. Their membership is comprised of 20,000 physicians, physician’s spouses, medical students and residents, FMA staff and others who actively participate in the health care community.

Representative Clay Ford is opposed for re-election in District 2. The Primary is to be held on August 14th.
