Does Marty have a memory loss problem?

According to the PNJ article Office dismisses park plan complaint that covers the State Attorney dismissing Tom Garner’s complaint, Marty Donovan told the state attorney’s office, under oath, a different story than the other 8 councilmen, the mayor and city staff.

The quote from Asst State Atty Greg Marcille’s letter to Garner is “All council members that we interviewed, with the exception of Marty Donovan, stated that the meetings consisted only of a presentation of a proposed plan and that there was no attempt to relay the information from one member to another.”

Marty has mis-remembered several conversations on this park: Marty lied during WSRE debate;Jeff Dee-Weasel nails Marty on lie during WCOA;Donovan emails: Marty never begged.

On Tuesday, the Independent News will try to get copies of the testamonies.
