Tractor Supply Center is constructing an downtown Milton store on 3.75 acres between Hardees and Domino’s Pizza. The free-standing store will be going into the old Piggly Wiggly location. The site had been vacant for some time, occasionally used for county festivals. The broker, Brian DeMaria of Quality Investments & Brokerage Inc., confirmed the sale closed in April. According to tax records the seller was Woodland Ventures of Pensacola LLC, which also owns the adjacent office and retail buildings. The approved plans call for a 19,000 square foot building with an outside display area.
