Supervisor of Elections David Stafford tells IN that his office expects early voter turnout to surpass all of 2008 early voting for the primary by the end of the day.
As of the end of Wednesday, 4,320 residents of Escambia County have voted.
In 2006, the year in which the Community Maritime Park was on the ballot, 3,771 came out for early voting.
