ECUA not only utility rate hike

Port St. Joe residents are upset that their water and sewer bills will double over the next three years. The issues facing the utility area the requirements for $16 million bond issue that was used to build a new plant. The loss of Arizona Chemical and its $750,000 annual payments and 20 miles of aging pipes and valves that will need to be replaced. Read more.
