Election Update – 4 pm

Election day voting is starting to pick up:

Escambia County
Mail: 18995
Early: 13292
Election Day: 21309
Provisional: 15
Total 53,611

We’ve revised our projected vote total to 60,800, est. turnout 27.5%.

City of Pensacola voting also is a little stronger:

Mail: 5280
Early: 3055
Election Day: 4894
Provisional: 4
Total 13,533

We’ve revised our projected vote total to 14,900, est. turnout 36.5%. District 6 has the most votes being cast: 2,803, while District 2 only has 1,395 votes.
