Studer Community Institute is proud to announce the Keynote Speaker lineup for EntreCon® 2024. A milestone 10th year for SCI’s highly impactful Business & Leadership Conference, with a theme of “Discover Your Potential,” is set for November 13-14, 2024, in downtown Pensacola.
The six keynote presenters are Quint Studer, Julie Weber, Tiffany Pham, Cedric Alexander, Danny Bader, and Sunil Gupta.
Studer, the founder of SCI, is a highly regarded leadership expert, nationally renowned difference-maker in the healthcare industry, and best-selling author. He is also the cofounder of Healthcare Plus Solutions Group®, a consulting firm that specializes in delivering customized solutions to diagnose and treat healthcare organizations’ most urgent pain points. His EntreCon® session will focus on “Change & Making Things Doable.”
Weber is the former Chief People Officer and Executive Advisor for Southwest Airlines. After nearly 30 years of domestic and international Human Resources experience, she currently provides leadership and strategic human resources consulting services and serves as a keynote speaker and guest lecturer. Her EntreCon® session is entitled “From The Heart: Leading with Courage and Authenticity.”
Referred to as a “Triple Threat” by the Wall Street Journal, Pham has been named one of Forbes “30 Under 30” in Media, and Business Insider’s “30 Most Important Women Under 30” in Technology. She is the Founder of Mogul, one of the world’s leading HR software companies offering candidate sourcing, CRM, and recruitment marketing software.
Alexander is a national expert on law enforcement who has worked for the U.S. Department of Justice and on a Presidential Task Force. The Pensacola native has led multiple police departments nationwide with a reputation for reforming troubled agencies and is MSNBC’s Senior Law Enforcement Analyst. Alexander also has a doctorate in clinical psychology and is CEO of CL Alexander Consulting.
Bader is an international speaker, best-selling author, and inspirational life coach. The sole survivor of a tragic electrocution accident that nearly claimed his life, Bader faced unimaginable adversity and emerged with a profound understanding of life and its potential. A top-ranked personal leadership speaker by Fortune 100 companies, Bader has worked with some of the world’s most recognizable brands, including Marriott, Adidas, Deloitte, Lincoln Financial, and others. His EntreCon® session is called “BACK TO LIFE: Powerful Principles to Potential”.
Dr. Sunil Gupta, M.D., is a nationally recognized Retina Surgeon, successful entrepreneur, and health care pioneer. He is the Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of US Retina, one of the largest associations of retina physicians in the United States. He is also the founder and Chairman of the award-winning IRIS team that has developed a groundbreaking telemedicine tool.

In addition to the six keynote speakers, EntreCon® will feature three breakout tracks (Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Community) with many speakers and panels on topics like AI, Retention Resilience, and Navigating the World of Gen Z.
