Studer Community Institute has lined up some of the nation’s top business minds to speak on Nov. 16-17 at EntreCon® 2022, a two-day conference for entrepreneurs, leaders and business owners to share stories, get advice and find inspiration.
The conference, now in its eighth year, is proudly presented by the Pensacola International Airport. As of Oct. 24th, the event already has more than 350 people registered, many resonating with this year’s theme, “Time to Thrive.”
As the effects of the pandemic linger, many people are finding themselves feeling apathetic, unmotivated, reactive, dissatisfied, and all-around just “meh” about their work and their lives.
People across the nation are rethinking the entire concept of work, workforce and workplace, and are asking new questions like:
- What really matters to me?
- What are the heavy things that I no longer need to hold onto?
- Is this really the right organization for me/my career goals?
- What are the changes I want to make to create a better future for myself and my family?
- How do I maintain both my professional and personal equilibrium?
To help tackle these tough questions, this year’s conference features speakers and content to help attendees create a more relatable, engaging and resilient workplace — one that embraces our whole authentic selves, our differences, our wellbeing, our connection to one another, and our purpose in life.
Some of the best in the nation are slated to take the Pensacola Little Theatre stage as keynote speakers, including:
In addition to keynotes, EntreCon® delivers smaller breakout sessions broken into four learning tracks — Leadership, Community, Entrepreneurship & Business Growth and new in 2022, “Candid Conversations.” All sessions provide practical tools and advice to help you reset and tackle anything that comes your way as a leader or business owner.
