Investment company Semcan Inc. (TSXV:STT) has struck a US$3.5-million deal to acquire Enviro Pro Tech Inc., an environmental engineering firm based in Pensacola, Fla.
Enviro Pro Tech specializes in environmental efforts to protect Florida’s groundwater resources.
“We are very excited to acquire Enviro Pro Tech, as this is the first step to launching our strategy into the United States marketplace, “said Phil Jamieson, chairman and CEO of Semcan Inc.
