EOC: BP report

Lucia Bustamante, BP spokesman, said the much-anticipated beach rakes (which will scoop up the BP globs) are at the Bayou Chico staging area. The new deputy incident leader for BP, Ian Livett, is in Pensacola to discuss their deployment. Livett will be the BP leader for Florida.

Bustamante says the Unified Command has been restructured, dividing the leadership into three states, Florida, Alabama and Mississippi. The overall BP leader for the Unified Command is Keith Selihan.
