EOCs shutdown today

Escambia County has closed its Emergency Operations Center. Santa Rosa County will do it at 10 a.m.  We are still under a Tropical Storm Warning so be careful driving today. No bridges are closed.Tolls on Garcon Point Bridge will resume at 10 a.m. The City of Pensacola is open for business.

Strong wind gust and rain are possible throughout the evening on Wednesday. Rough surf and dangerous rip currents will continue. Beachgoers, swimmers and surfers should heed the double red flag warnings and stay out of the water as deadly rip currents and rough surf conditions are present.
