We just got a fax that from the State Attorney of First Circuit Court that Erin Markes will not be prosecuted on the child abuse charge regarding her son, Jaden.
Further investigation into the facts and circumstance surrounding the alleged offense has revealed insufficient evidence to prove the charge beyond a reasonable doubt.
