Apparently Escambia County has figured out how to clone its Human Resources Director, Rod Powell. Powell is still listed as the county’s HR head (see website), but is also listed as the HR director for Augusta, GA (see website).
What we’ve been told is Powell will be on the Escambia County payroll until January so that he will become vested in the retirement system. How nice.
