Escambia County School District ranked 47th in the State

Niche, which was founded by Carnegie-Mellon University students, has public its rankings of the Best Public School Districts in Florida. A high ranking indicates that the district contains great schools with exceptional teachers, sufficient resources, and a diverse set of high-achieving students who rate their experiences very highly.

Okaloosa County is ranked fifth and Santa Rosa County is ranked 31st. Escambia County School District was ranked 47 out of 66 district, placing it in the bottom third of the state.

Escambia County was given the following grades:

Health & Safety Grade D+

Parent/Student Surveys on Overall Experience: 3.7 out of 5

Student Culture & Diversity Grade A

Teachers Grade C+

Resources & Facilities Grade C
