Subject: Meetings and Server

After today’s meeting and the discussions that occurred we would like all future negotiations regarding the transfer of the jail to be advertised and open to the public.

As a separate issue, the Sheriff would like to see a proposal in the form of a separate MOU as to how the future replacement server for our current backup server would work, regarding the server itself, the install, related hardware, space, or any other incurred expenses.
