The Florida Department of Health reported that the COVID deaths in Escambia County increased from 343 to 351 since Saturday. The positivity rate was 19.37% – the highest since August 7. The state rate for Dec. 21 was only 8.78%.
Maybe the county’s Mask Up campaign isn’t working.
