Bruce and Pam Childers insisted that Bruce filed his Form 6 with the Commission on Ethics, just as Pam had done.
In Writ of Mandamus:
“While the Plaintiff worked with Ms. Daniel to verify payment and Form 6 requirement, the Plaintiff’s wife had a side conversation with Ms. Daniel’s assistant to show her the completed financial disclosure form on her iPad located on the Commission on Ethics website, which showed proof of completion of the entire report and a date stamp of June 12, 2024.”
In the Emergency Ex Parte Motion:
“At that time, the qualifying officer (also known as the “filing officer” in Florida Statutes 99.061) told both he and Petitioner’s wife she only needed a receipt, or summary page, with the “watermark” (an opaque image which is added upon the completion of electronic filing) which showed the original Form 6 (financial disclosure forms) had been filed with the state Division of Elections in Tallahassee.”
In his YouTube interview, Bruce Childers said:
“There is a Form six, there is a statute that says you’ve got to file a full and complete financial disclosure. Okay? We did that with the – [Pam injections, ‘Commission on Ethics.’] Commission on Ethics. Pam actually filed that for me.”
TRUTH
I went to the Commission on Ethics website to verify whether Bruce Childers filed a Form 6 with the commission. He did not. However, Pam did file hers on May 30, 2024.

The facts are as State Rep. Alex Andrade said: Candidates who don’t already have to file a Form 6 can use the online form to produce one, but they must print the entire form and hand it to the Supervisor of Elections when qualifying.
