Federal BP cases to be heard in New Orleans

Today the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation ruled that the oil spill litigation will be consolidated in New Orleans, before the Honorable Judge Carl J. Barbier. The motion was signed by the Chair, John Heyburn II, and includes consolidation of all of the primary actions in this matter.
