Feinberg Pays Out $10 Million So Far

Reuters reports that Ken Feinberg, who took over the BP claims process on Aug. 23, has forked out nearly $10 million in emergency payouts to Gulf Coast residents. In the 16 weeks BP had control of claims, roughly $400 million was distributed, according to the company.
