When you find him, ask the absent ECUA board member to please bring back up the mandatory curbside recycling proposal at the next board meeting so that he can help pass it. After all, if Mr. Walker had been there, surely he would have voted for the environmentally wise program.
Mr. Walker has a doctorate. He is an educated man. He can’t dispute the necessity to recycle. He is also cost conscious so he can not be against the mandatory program that would save his customers money.
