The Pensacola Fire Department is on scene of a motor vehicle accident, car vs. power pole that resulted in a commercial structure fire at Bonefish Grill on 12th Avenue. The call was received via 911 at 10:18 a.m. An SUV was traveling north on 12th Avenue between Summit Blvd. and Airport Blvd. and struck a power pole. The high voltage wire fell across Bonefish Grill igniting a fire on the roof. (4) Engines, (1) Ladder (1) Rescue and (2) staff vehicles responded with 18 personnel to secure the scene, extinguish the fire and provide medical attention. There were no injuries. Gulf Power is on scene to restore power to the area.
