Florida Chamber names Fred Donovan Jr. its Pensacola Regional Board Chair

The Florida Chamber of Commerce today announces Fred Donovan Jr., P.E. Principal of Baskerville-Donovan Inc., has been appointed to a one-year term as the Florida Chambers’ Pensacola Regional Board Chair.

“Serving as the Florida Chambers’ Pensacola Regional Board Chair is an exciting opportunity” said Donovan. “I am eager to unite Pensacola area business leaders behind the Florida Chambers’ pro-business initiatives.”

Donovan was appointed by Bob Grammig, Chair of the Florida Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and partner with Holland & Knight, LLP. He will represent the Florida Chamber in the Pensacola business community and connect area business leaders with resources to help make the Pensacola area—and Florida—more competitive.

“Fred Donovan Jr. is a highly experienced leader that fully understands what it takes to lead Florida to a new and sustainable economy,” said Mark Wilson, President and CEO of the Florida Chamber of Commerce. “In his role as a Florida Chamber Regional Board Chair, Donovan will help lead the Florida Chamber’s mission to secure Florida’s future.”

Donovan is one of the 12 regional chairs that are a part of the Florida Chamber’s Regional Board Chair Program.
