Well, it looks like the Senate districts will be drawn by the courts.
The Florida Senate rejected S9124, by a 23-16 vote. The plan will be sent to Tallahassee Circuit Court Judge George Reynolds. He will review in court the plan on Dec 19 and decide whether to recommend it to the Florida Supreme Court.
