Fred Levin vs. County

The County is suing “SmartCop” – whose major stockholder is Fred Levin – because the Public Safety Department says the software has never worked properly. The PNJ has an article on it – somewhere after the dead snapping turtle article, but above the photos of women in their underwear.

This isn’t the first time the county has had trouble with computer programs. Could it be the employees?
