“Girls Gone Wild” founder Joe Francis is seeking $300 million in a lawsuit that he intends to file, according to News Herald.
“Girls Gone Wild” founder Joe Francis put county officials on notice Tuesday of his intent to sue for “loss of his constitutional rights, libel and slander.”
Francis’ reporting claim detailed a history of his criminal case in Bay County, including his Panama City Beach arrest in 2003 and plea agreement in March, and names various Bay County deputies, as well as former Panama City Beach Mayor Lee Sullivan and State Attorney Steve Meadows.
The claim cites damages of nearly $300 million and puts the officials on notice that a lawsuit is pending if the issues cannot be resolved out of court.
