News Herald reports that U.S. District Judge Richard Smoak told “Girls Gone Wild†founder Joe Francis on Wednesday he would not remove himself from Francis’ latest lawsuit. Francis has advertised heavily on the pnj.com website and the websites of the other daily newspapers along Northwest Florida – attempting to win support from the public.
Not sure it has worked, although it was been sort of weird seeing ads for the GGW producer on the same web page as ads for the PNJ’s Pcola Baby Calendar.
