Laval-based Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. has agreed to buy 13 Groovin Noovin stores in the Pensacola area from Richcor Inc. to expand in Florida. The company has about 5,200 convenience stores in the U.S. and Canada after buying Circle K from ConocoPhillips in 2003 and adding 236 Shell stations in October.
