Grover joins Coldwell Banker United

Press Release: Coldwell Banker United, Realtors® Commercial welcomes Grover Robinson, IV and Clay Roesch

Grover Robinson, IV is a seventh generation Pensacolian. He obtained a B.S. in Economics from Birmingham-Southern College in 1992. After working in Birmingham for AmSouth Bank, Grover returned to Pensacola in 1995 as a relationship manager in the AmSouth Commercial Lending Department. In 1997, Grover joined Grover Robinson & Associates, Inc., a commercial real estate brokerage company since 1977, as a salesperson, and served as the President/Broker of the company from 2000-2011. In 2011, he merged his company with Coldwell Banker United, Realtors® where he serves as a Broker Associate.

In addition to spending time with his wife, Jill and two children, Grover V (14) and Anna Lowrey (7), Grover is actively involved in the community. Currently, Grover serves as Escambia County Commissioner, District 4, a seat he has held since 2006. He continues to serve the community on other boards including Pensacola State College Foundation (President 2008-2010), Baptist Health Care Foundation, Christ Church Vestry and several other community boards related to his public service. His past service includes Junior Achievement NW Florida (Chairman 2002-2003), Pensacola Area Chamber of Commerce and United Way of Escambia County. He is a member of the Pensacola (Downtown) Rotary, a graduate of Leadership Pensacola (1998) and the recipient of the PACE Award “Emerging Leader 2001”. When not working or with his family, Grover enjoys tennis, golf and being with friends.

About Clay

Clay Roesch moved to Pensacola in 1987 from Connecticut, having been raised in
St. Louis, Missouri. After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of
Missouri, Clay earned an MBA in Marketing Management and Finance, graduating with honors, from Pace University in White Plains, New York.

After selling two successful, multi-unit national brand retail businesses, Clay continued making further investments in commercial real estate, entering the real estate industry as a Realtor in 1995 and subsequently earning his Broker’s license from the State of Florida.

Being an active Commercial Realtor since 1995, Clay is deeply involved in many aspects of local government and agencies related to real estate. He sits on various boards with the City of Pensacola including the City of Pensacola Planning Board as well as the Downtown Improvement Board.

He and his wife of over 20 years reside in East Pensacola Heights.
