Escambia County Commissioner Grover Robinson (version 4.0) has issued a position paper on the hotel-condo issue. He is recommending the maximum stay be cut from the proposed 16 weeks to 12 weeks. The projects have central reservation systems and standard furnishings. The largest share available for purchase should be 6 weeks – with no one person able to buy more than 2 shares.
