Comm. Grover Robinson: We need better communication. We need more boats to fight this battle. I don’t want to hear about EPA regulations, Jones Act impeding the boats being deployed. Whatever is blocking us needs to be waive.
I am confident we can be successful in fighting this, but we need a decentralized command system. Everyone is working hard, but we aren’t working together.
