The News Herald (Panama City, Fla.) reports that Gulf County has filed a lawsuit against BP. According to their attorneys, Gulf County “seeks full reimbursement for the cost it incurs for their emergency action plan and cost of mitigating and cleaning up the Deepwater Horizon catastrophe.â€
Expect to see more counties do this.
