This email was forwarded to me by a single mom (with two small children) who wanted to unsubscribe from the email blasts of gulf1.com. After several attempts, she asked for help from the webmaster. All she got was a rude, demeaning email from the webmaster. She then sent an email with a phone number asking for the owner to call her.
Here is the reply she got from the webmaster who threatens to place her phone number in public restrooms…

Subject: RE: I can’t unsubscribe
Thank you for your telephone number.
I will make sure that it is appropriately posted on the next public restroom I visit.
As for the name and number of our offices and staff. They are public record and if you know so much about using your computer, you should be able to find the information very easly.
As for the tone. Simple straight forward and to the point. If you correctly use the working automatic removal instructions, then you will be removed. If you do not, you will not.
