In honor of the 13th anniversary of September 11th, area first responders are teaming up to help others.
The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office and the Pensacola Police Department are hosting the first annual GUNS vs. HOSES softball game Saturday, September 13, 2014 at beautiful Wahoo’s stadium in downtown Pensacola. This year’s event will benefit Wreaths Across America, an initiative to remember, honor and teach about the sacrifices of U.S. military veterans.There will also be an exhibition softball game between the U.S. Coast Guard and the U.S. Navy.
Gates open at 9:00 am, event starts at 9:30 am.
