Last week, a big show was made to send Pensacola City Councilman Sam Hall emails in support of the Community Maritime Park. The Friends of the Community Maritime Park reported over 50 emails were sent. John Merting of the CMPA board attended his town hall meeting to talk about the plans.
Yet none of it made a difference to Councilman Hall. He still voted along with Donovan against the park.
