Hall reopens Whittier case

WEAR TV 3 reports that Santa Rosa County Sheriff Wendall Hall has agreed to reopen the case of Josh Whittier after deputies met with the boy’s mom, Melody Schmitt Grell.

Whittier drowned Mardi Gras weekend on Navarre Beach. The SRCSO and the medical examiner ruled that is an accident. Grell has fought to reopen the case because, as WEAR TV reported, there were drag marks in the sand and on his body, and there was no money in his wallet.

The mom appeared on my Monday show of IN Your Head Radio.
