Several readers have complained about the price hike on the Florida Power & Light bills – which isn’t what the big utility told us would happen.
We expect there to be a big crowd at the Pensacola City Council’s workshop this afternoon.
From the City:
City Council will hold a workshop on Wednesday, Jan. 26 at 5:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, located in the Hagler-Mason Conference Room at City Hall, 222 W. Main St. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss conducting a Preliminary Feasibility Study on Electric Utility.
The agenda and supporting documents are available on the city’s website.
Members of the public may attend the meeting in person. City Council encourages those not fully vaccinated to wear face coverings that cover their nose and mouth.
