The investigative report concerning the Fire Department was delivered to Mayor Hayward this afternoon. The report is not a determination of action. Mayor Hayward will review the report with the City’s legal representatives and decide as soon as practicable what action to take.
The public shall have access to the report after a course of action is decided upon and the affected employees, if any, are notified in writing pursuant to Florida Statutes 119.071 (2)(k).
