Hayward loses Airport Food Concession battle

By a 4-4 vote, Pensacola City Council rejected tonight Mayor Ashton Hayward’s recommendation to award airport concessions contract to OHM Foods.

Four months of delays and that intense lobbying of the past two weeks failed to change the four votes that were against his choice back in September.
