According to an Inweekly/Political Matrix poll of 691 likely State House District 1 voters, Republican Mike Hill has the lead with 42.1 percent with Vikki Garret following with 29.1 percent leaving 28.8 percent of the voters still uncertain as to who they are going to vote for in this race for the general election.

METHODOLOGY:
The persons sampled were likely Florida House District 1 voters of general election cycles. The voters were called using an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system during the hours of 12-8 p.m. Oct. 18-21, 2018. The Margin of Error for this study is +/- 3.5 percent with a confidence level of 95 percent.
