The 600 gift cards that were in a locked cabinet are now in a safe deposit box at Regions Bank that requires two signatures. Gary and I also met with the Chamber finance department staff yesterday and we reemphasized the importance of strict adherence to the Chamber’s written procedures and policies. Gary and I have offered to meet with County officials on Monday. David Lister is preparing the draft of a possible plan for the audit that Gary and I hope to receive and review yet this weekend.
