Hmmm, City consultant now works with OHM Concession Group

grenade
During the debate over who would be awarded the food concessions contract at the Pensacola International Airport, Creative Food Group (Varona’s, Bagelheads, Fish House and Pensacola Bay Brewery) challenged the independence of Richard Chinsammy, the consultant hired by the city to review all the proposals. The group claimed Chinsammy had a bias in favor of OHM Concession Group (Chick-a-let, Einstein Bagels, etc,)

The Creative Food Group may have been right. Here is the RFP for food concessions at the Boise airport. On the last page, you find who is one of the planholders for OHM Concession Group—–Richard Chinsammy.

Read Boise RFP.
