The Hooters Vampire who allegedly assaulted a elderly, wheelchair-bound man in St. Petersburg, Florida has an October court date in Pensacola. Josephine Rebecca Smith, age 22,is on trial here for marijuana possession of not more than 20 grams and possession of drug equipment – both misdemeanors. Smith is out on bail…or she was out of jail until this felony arrest in Pinellas County. Her bail for that arrest is set at $50,000.
