Hopjacks going retail – needs help

From Joe Asbton -owner of Hopjack’s and Tin Cow: Hopjacks is going retail. We are looking to fill a few retail sales positions that will help us open the “Hopjacks Filling Station” in early May. This new concept will straddle the lines between restaurant, craft beer and wine store, artisan cheeses and cured meats, and a tasting room for great beers and wines. This store will be open until 10pm weekdays and midnight on weekends.

Candidates must have a good knowledge of craft beer and some combination of the following: wine, artisan cheeses, cured meats, deli work, retail sales, restaurant service, and food handling. Must have a flexible schedule and be available and willing to work nights, holidays, and weekends. Beer questions will be asked in you initial interview. Excellent communication skills and a friendly outgoing personality are essential.
