How Obama won Florida

Miami Herald’s Sunday edition had this cover story on how Obama won Florida. It’s a behind-the-scenes look at the campaign. The reporters interview Steve Schale, 34, Obama’s state director and had access to the Florida state headquarters. The campaign registered 200,000 new voters in Florida, opened 50 state field offices, recruited 600,000 volunteers and allocated $40 million to win the state.
