How to keep major business in town?

Work with the state to offer them funds to help build a $7 million headquarters. That’s what Orlando did to convince AirTran Airways, the only major airline based in Florida, to keep its corporate headquarters in Orlando. The state of Florida and the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority will split the $4.7 million construction costs of a 15,000-square-foot headquarters at Orlando International Airport.
