- The university’s public radio station, WUWF, and its affiliation with National Public Radio are not on the agenda at this moment. However, we encourage you to voice your support for WUWF and NPR.
Public Comment Procedures
- Members of the public must register 15 minutes prior to the “call to order” of an in-person meeting. According to the agenda, the “call to order” is 9 a.m.
- Individuals must address their comments to the BOT only.
- All speakers must have provided their name, address, and relationship to the university for the record.
- All speakers should be tasteful, truthful, and concise.
- Individuals can waive comment in support, opposition, or neutrality when their name is called by the chair.
- Individual speakers will be limited to three minutes and that the board is not required to respond to comments.
