Impact 100 announces finalists

IMPACT 100 Pensacola Bay Area, a local women’s philanthropy group, is pleased to announce the 10 grant finalists selected for 2012. Seven of these 10 finalists will receive a grant of $104,000 at the IMPACT 100 Pensacola Bay Area Annual Meeting on Sunday, October 14, 2012. Our Annual Meeting is scheduled for Sunday, October 14, 2012 at New World Landing, located at 600 S. Palafox Street, Pensacola. Registration will begin at 1:00 PM and the meeting will begin promptly at 2:00 PM. The two finalists from each Focus Committee will make a presentation at the meeting, and IMPACT 100 members will vote on one recipient in each category.

This is the 9th year IMPACT 100 has awarded grants to local non-profits. The total amount awarded to date is $3,587,000 since 2004. This year’s awards will bring the total awarded in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties to $4,315,000.
