IMS ExpertServices was recently named to the prestigious Best Companies To Work For in Florida rankings in the mid-sized employer category, defined as establishments with 50 to 249 employees. In its inaugural year on the rankings, the company earned the designation as the 12th Best Company To Work For in the nation’s third most populous state.
The annual Best Companies list is featured in the August issue of Florida Trend magazine. One-hundred companies are ranked in small, medium, and large employer categories. According to recent U.S. Census data, Florida is home to over 19,300 establishments with 50-249 employees.

To participate, employers must have maintained at least fifteen employees in Florida and have been in operation at least one year. These organizations underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The process also included a survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. IMS ExpertServices ranked 98% for many areas including overall employee satisfaction.
